The bankruptcy section of QSCL is comprised of seven attorneys, several of whom are board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as business bankruptcy specialists. The section practices all aspects of bankruptcy law with a heavy emphasis on bankruptcy litigation and representation of debtors and trustees. Several members of the section are former panel trustees. One member is an acting panel trustee for the Eastern District of Texas. Nearly all members of the bankruptcy section have extensive experience in creditor representation.
