Our construction and surety attorneys have been at the forefront of construction and surety litigation for many years. We were responsible for establishing significant protections for sureties in the Supreme Court of Texas. Our attorneys recently pursued and obtained a $30 million judgment for a contractor client for fraud committed by the owner of a chemical plant constructed by our client.
