The firm represents business owners in municipal regulation and zoning matters and some of its members regularly appear before the Dallas Permit and License Appeal Board, the Dallas Board of Adjustment, and the Dallas City Plan Commission in connection with such representation. The firm has challenged municipal ordinances affecting its clients' businesses in state and federal court on constitutional grounds, including first amendment, procedural and substantive due process, and equal protection grounds. One of our shareholders is a member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association.
